Wade Barrett suffered an injury to his left arm during the 10-Man Battle Royal on Monday's Raw SuperShow. After being taken to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation he was diagnosed with a dislocated elbow.
The injury occurred following Barrett and R-Truth's elimination from the match. As Truth and Barrett recovered from their eliminations on the outside, Big Show tossed Dolph Ziggler on top of them from the ring. The three WWE Superstars were knocked backwards and Barrett landed awkwardly on his arm.
Ziggler was also hurt when his shoulder and arm hit the broadcast table during the match. He was examined backstage and is said to be fine.
Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston and R-Truth were also hurt during the bout and received medical attention backstage. Rhodes hurt his elbow and right leg. Kingston appeared shaken up but was not seriously injured. R-Truth was assisted to the backstage area following the match.

Da Lunedì cominciano a girare voci di una grossa antipatia del backstage WWE nei confronti di The Rock.
Sembra che le parole rivolte da John Cena a Rocky nell’ultima puntata di Raw abbiano galvanizzato diversi talenti nel backstage, poiché questi penserebbero realmente le cose dette da Cena.
Un talento –che ha richiesto a PWInsider di rimanere anonimo- ha detto via sms:
“The Rock ritorna in WWE per riprendersi il pubblico che ha perso facendo i film della Disney, che va bene, ma è tornato da più di un anno; e fammi il nome di una persona che ha aiutato a crescere come star da allora? Nessuna.
“È qui per se stesso, ci tiene a se stesso e blocca chi è in tour tutto l’anno per farsi una paga più consistente nei grandi eventi. Tutto questo per rendere questa la “più grande” Wrestlemania di tutti i tempi. Ok, poi cosa facciamo per tutto il resto dell’anno? Chi è stato lanciato? Pensi che si sia preso TUTTE le colpe per le scarse vendite di Survivor Series? Naturalmente no, ma come pensi di feudare con un tizio nel titantron? Cena ha colpito nel segno stanotte.
“Di’ quello che vuoi su Triple H, Taker, ecc. che sono ancora al top, ma se ci fosse bisogno di loro per spianare la strada a qualcuno lo farebbero e continuerebbero a spaccarsi il c**o finché ce ne sarà bisogno. Rock si mette in gioco solo per Rock e l’idea che lui sia qui per migliorare tutto tranne che il suo portafoglio è il più grosso work del 2012.”
Inoltre, sembra che ci sia diversa gente che si sta lamentando sinceramente del ritorno del Great One. La motivazione sarebbe che la leggenda non sta lavorando a tempo pieno con la WWE, anche se c’è chi pensa che sia meglio non avere The Rock in giro tutto il tempo perché è un’attrazione speciale.
Nonostante questo, nel backstage ci sarebbe più gente che si lamenta di chi ce l’ha con The Rock che di odiatori del Brahama Bull.

WWE is scheduled to report 2011 fourth quarter earnings today and it isn’t good news. The company is expected to report a loss of $8.6 million (12 cents per diluted share) driven by higher costs. In comparison, the company had a net income of $8.1 million or 11 cents per share in the fourth quarter of 2010. Total revenue fell 7.8% to $112.9 million from the year-earlier quarter. This is short of the average revenue estimate of $120 million. . -
